Okay, so I couldn’t come up with a better title. We were kind of snowed in today– school was cancelled again. However, we were mobile: went to the gym and going to trivia tonight. The streets aren’t that bad.
Today was filled with coffee drinking.
And chip making.
These chips are so easy to make. Using a pizza cutter slice corn tortillas into quarters (or whatever size you prefer). Lightly toss with olive oil and salt. Bake in preheated 350* oven about 8 minutes per side until golden.
